Waterloo Retail Centre - The Sidings
Provided project management services to LCR , overseeing the interfaces between the project team and the respective Network Rail (NR) team, during the construction of The Sidings retail space project, a redevelopment of the Eurostar terminal.
Developed a framework and tracking approach to capture all works near/adjacent to NR assets.
Managed the integration of the fire alarm system with the wider Waterloo system and the installation of additional emergency signage throughout the site.
Managed the installation of a new glazed screen wall and automatic doors on the lower ground floor of The Sidings in line with the 2nd phase of the centres opening.
Transport For London - London Trams and MPD
Providing support as requested by London Transport to backfill their short-term requirement for cost management. Our team has been providing supports to new starters and providing training / guidance as necessary.
From Jan 2023, we were commisioned to support LT cost reporting, onboarding new cost manager and rolling out of TfL new cost plans for the 48 live projects across London Trams.
